La iglesia de San Pedro en el centro de Oostkamp cuenta con un campanario octogonal románico protegido de finales del siglo XII. Alrededor de 1900, esta iglesia de sala fue restaurada y ampliada en estilo neogótico.
El órgano Van Eynde de 1717 es patrimonio protegido. A finales de los años 70, se observó que el órgano se encontraba en mal estado. Se instaló un nuevo órgano más moderno. La empresa Verschueren ha restaurado el órgano.
Contra la pared lateral norte hay una placa conmemorativa para las víctimas militares y civiles de la Primera Guerra Mundial.
Fuera, en el lado norte de la iglesia, se ha creado un Lapidarium. A mediados de los años 70, el cementerio alrededor de la iglesia fue trasladado por falta de espacio. La asociación de historia local, entre otros, ayudó con el Lapidarium (1987).
