Sébastien Demanez decidió, después de 15 años en un banco luxemburgués, darle un nuevo giro a su vida. En 2014, comenzó en Magerotte con una pequeña cervecería. Utilizó métodos tradicionales para elaborar cerveza de alta fermentación, con refermentación en botella. De esto han surgido tres cervezas bio-certificadas: B.R. Blonde, B.R. Triple y B.R. Noël. A Sébastien también le gustaba un juego de palabras. Las letras B.R. significan Banquier Repenti ('banquero convertido') pero también Brasseur Réjoui ('cervecero feliz'). Lamentablemente, Sébastien falleció en 2021. Su esposa continúa con el negocio. El café y la terraza se sumergen en un ambiente acogedor y cálido.
