La Cooperativa de Vivienda Sin Ánimo de Lucro Neuss, abreviada como GWG Neuss, es una cooperativa de construcción en Neuss. Es el mayor proveedor privado de viviendas en Neuss. Posee 3.400 viviendas en Neuss y Kaarst y cuenta con 21 empleados.
La GWG fue fundada el 5 de julio de 1901 como Cooperativa de Construcción de Viviendas para Trabajadores de Neuss. En el Tercer Reich, tuvo lugar una fusión con otras cooperativas de Neuss en 1942. Entre sus propiedades se encuentran, por ejemplo, el grupo de viviendas de la Weberstraße 6–20, Körnerstraße 21–35 y Schillerstraße 54–74 de los años 1925 a 1930. En 1990, fundó la GWG - Gesellschaft für Wohnungs- und Gewerbe-Bau GmbH como una filial al 100 por ciento. Desde 2013, tiene su administración en el Nuevo Mercado de Neuss.
