Die Gemeinnützige Wohnungsgenossenschaft Neuss, kurz GWG Neuss, ist eine Baugenossenschaft in Neuss. Sie ist größter privater Wohnungsanbieter in Neuss. Sie besitzt 3.400 Wohnungen in Neuss und Kaarst und verfügt über 21 Mitarbeiter.
Die GWG wurde am 5. Juli 1901 als Neusser Arbeiterwohnungsbaugenossenschaft gegründet. Im Dritten Reich fand eine Fusion mit anderen Neusser Genossenschaften im Jahre 1942 statt. Zu ihren Hausbeständen zählt beispielsweise die Wohnhausgruppe Weberstraße 6–20, Körnerstraße 21–35 und Schillerstraße 54–74 aus den Jahren 1925 bis 1930. Im Jahre 1990 gründete sie die GWG – Gesellschaft für Wohnungs- und Gewerbe-Bau GmbH als 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft. Seit 2013 hat sie ihre Verwaltung auf dem Neuen Markt in Neuss.
