La Cooperativa Abitativa di Pubblica Utilità di Neuss, abbreviata in GWG Neuss, è una cooperativa edilizia a Neuss. È il più grande fornitore privato di abitazioni a Neuss. Possiede 3.400 appartamenti a Neuss e Kaarst e conta 21 dipendenti.
La GWG è stata fondata il 5 luglio 1901 come Cooperativa per l'Edilizia Abitativa degli Operai di Neuss. Durante il Terzo Reich ci fu una fusione con altre cooperative di Neuss nel 1942. Tra i suoi patrimoni immobiliari ci sono, ad esempio, i gruppi residenziali di Weberstraße 6–20, Körnerstraße 21–35 e Schillerstraße 54–74, risalenti agli anni 1925-1930. Nel 1990 ha fondato la GWG – Società per la Costruzione di Abitazioni e Imprese GmbH come filiale al 100%. Dal 2013 ha la sua amministrazione nel Nuovo Mercato di Neuss.
