La coopérative de logement à but non lucratif de Neuss, en abrégé GWG Neuss, est une coopérative de construction à Neuss. C'est le plus grand fournisseur de logements privés à Neuss. Elle possède 3 400 appartements à Neuss et Kaarst et dispose de 21 employés.
La GWG a été fondée le 5 juillet 1901 en tant que coopérative de construction de logements pour ouvriers de Neuss. Sous le Troisième Reich, une fusion avec d'autres coopératives de Neuss a eu lieu en 1942. Parmi ses biens immobiliers, on compte par exemple le groupe d'immeubles résidentiels Weberstraße 6–20, Körnerstraße 21–35 et Schillerstraße 54–74, datant des années 1925 à 1930. En 1990, elle a fondé la GWG – Gesellschaft für Wohnungs- und Gewerbe-Bau GmbH en tant que filiale à 100 %. Depuis 2013, elle a son administration sur le Nouveau Marché à Neuss.
