De Woningbouwcoöperatie Neuss, kortweg GWG Neuss, is een bouwcoöperatie in Neuss. Ze is de grootste particuliere woningaanbieder in Neuss. Ze bezit 3.400 woningen in Neuss en Kaarst en heeft 21 medewerkers.
De GWG werd op 5 juli 1901 opgericht als Neusser Arbeiderswoningbouwcoöperatie. In het Derde Rijk vond in 1942 een fusie plaats met andere Neusser coöperaties. Tot haar woningvoorraad behoren bijvoorbeeld de woninggroepen Weberstraße 6–20, Körnerstraße 21–35 en Schillerstraße 54–74 uit de jaren 1925 tot 1930. In 1990 richtte ze de GWG - Gesellschaft für Wohnungs- und Gewerbe-Bau GmbH op als 100-procent dochteronderneming. Sinds 2013 heeft ze haar administratie op de Nieuwe Markt in Neuss.
