Havert es una localidad del municipio de Selfkant en el distrito de Heinsberg en el estado de Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
Havert es un lugar de la comunidad alemana de Selfkant. Allí viven 522 habitantes. El nombre Havert significa "madera de fresnos" y se menciona por primera vez en el año 1020. La torre oeste de la iglesia de St. Gertrudis fue construida en 1525. Anualmente se celebra allí la fiesta de los viejos éxitos en beneficio de niños enfermos de cáncer. Havert limita con los lugares Stein y Millen-Bruch.
Ya en 1689 se mencionó documentalmente el palacio protegido por monumentos Haus Wammen.
