El claustro de los Récollets, del siglo XIII, que destaca por su elegancia y sencillez, es un remanso de serenidad en el corazón de la ciudad. En 1972, Jean-Marie Pelt fundó el Institut Européen d'Ecologie, que sigue teniendo aquí su sede.
En la actualidad, Les Récollets alberga numerosas asociaciones e instituciones que colaboran en temas de desarrollo sostenible, lucha contra el cambio climático y transición energética, ecológica y solidaria. En este lugar también se encuentran los Archivos Municipales.
