Símbolo de las libertades comunales adquiridas en 1126, este campanario es una torre cuadrada de piedra y arenisca que conserva su base medieval. El alzado data del siglo XVI y el campanario del siglo XVIII. El interior consta de una prisión y 4 salas superpuestas que dan testimonio de la rica historia de la ciudad. Declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, alberga actualmente la Oficina de Turismo.
