Benoîte Vaux es un conocido lugar de peregrinación en Lorena. Antiguo priorato construido en el siglo XII, la iglesia construida en el siglo XVIII está ricamente decorada y tiene una hermosa sillería. Cerca de la fuente, se puede ver un Vía Crucis, cuyas 14 estaciones están talladas en un bloque de piedra.
El Centre d'Accueil de Benoîte-Vaux cuenta con tres estructuras de alojamiento con diferentes instalaciones y un restaurante.
