El cortijo es totalmente independiente y está situado en medio del campo en un lugar tranquilo y sin curiosos. La casa rural ocupa la parte central de la granja y se abre a un jardín cerrado con una pérgola agradablemente sombreada. El propietario, originario de los Países Bajos, vive en la parte occidental de la casa y también es huésped en su casa (2 habitaciones). Una ruta de senderismo pasa cerca y permite descubrir la naturaleza salvaje de la región del Mont Gargan, que se eleva a 730 m. El río Briance, famoso por su pesca deportiva, está a unos 500 m de la casa rural.
