Cuando dos personas apasionadas por la comida callejera y la gastronomía se encuentran, es la mezcla perfecta: Abigaël y Florian llevan varios años trabajando juntos en el sector de la restauración, desde brasserie francesa a restaurante semigastronómico.
A los 22 años, decidieron embarcarse juntos en la aventura de "Oh my Pizza" para combinar sus ideas y su saber hacer
Los ingredientes de cada pizza se seleccionan cuidadosamente a partir de productos frescos, locales y de temporada:
- Harina: "Moulin du Vivier", Aude,
- Masa amasada y estirada a mano (fermentación de 24 horas),
- Las salsas son caseras,
- Quesos y embutidos: "La Ferme", Carcasona.
