"Oh my Pizza", est le mariage parfait entre gourmandise et qualité.
Quand deux passionnés de-street food et de gastronomie se rencontrent, c'est le mélange idéal : Abigaël et Florian travaillent ensemble depuis plusieurs années dans la restauration, en passant de la brasserie Française au restaurant semi-gastronomique.
A 22 ans, ils décident de se lancer ensemble dans l'aventure "Oh my Pizza" pour mêler leurs idées et savoir-faire !
La garniture de chaque pizza est sélectionnée avec soin, parmi des produits de saison, frais et locaux :
- Farine : "Moulin du Vivier", Aude,
- Pâte pétrie et étalée à la main (fermentation 24 h),
- Sauces sont faites maison,
- Fromages et charcuteries : "La Ferme", Carcassonne.
