Wenn zwei leidenschaftliche Streetfood- und Gastronomiefans aufeinandertreffen, ist das die ideale Mischung: Abigaël und Florian arbeiten seit mehreren Jahren gemeinsam in der Gastronomie und haben sich von der französischen Brasserie bis zum semi-gastronomischen Restaurant hochgearbeitet.
Mit 22 Jahren beschließen sie, sich gemeinsam in das Abenteuer "Oh my Pizza" zu stürzen, um ihre Ideen und ihr Know-how zu vermischen!
Der Belag jeder Pizza wird sorgfältig aus saisonalen, frischen und lokalen Produkten ausgewählt:
- Mehl: "Moulin du Vivier", Aude,
- Teig von Hand geknetet und ausgerollt (Gärung 24 h),
- Soßen werden selbst hergestellt,
- Käse und Wurstwaren: "La Ferme", Carcassonne.
