"Oh my Pizza" è il connubio perfetto tra cibo gourmet e qualità.
Quando due persone con la passione per lo street food e la gastronomia si incontrano, il mix è perfetto: Abigaël e Florian lavorano insieme da diversi anni nel settore della ristorazione, dalla brasserie francese al ristorante semi-gastronomico.
All'età di 22 anni hanno deciso di intraprendere insieme l'avventura di "Oh my Pizza" per unire le loro idee e il loro know-how!
I condimenti di ogni pizza sono selezionati con cura tra prodotti freschi, locali e di stagione:
- Farina: "Moulin du Vivier", Aude,
- Impasto lavorato e steso a mano (24 ore di fermentazione),
- Le salse sono fatte in casa,
- Formaggi e salumi: "La Ferme", Carcassonne.
