Johanne alias Josie, diosa de los dulces y la pastelería, abrió su cafetería en el verano de 2016, un lugar acogedor en el que da gusto relamerse, ya que las delicias expuestas son muy tentadoras. Destacada pastelera, ofrece cada día pasteles, cada uno más delicioso que el anterior: cupcakes, financiers, muffins, layer cakes, brownies, Rice Kripies, granola casera, bolas de coco... su imaginación no tiene límites y nos gusta.
Josie Factory es un lugar cálido y acogedor. Si vienes aquí principalmente por sus dulces, también sirve bocadillos salados bastante saludables y 100% caseros. Entre el restaurante y el snack bar, es un hermoso espacio de vida al que no le falta personalidad.
