Johanne alias Josie, dea dei dolci e della pasticceria, ha aperto nell'estate del 2016 la sua caffetteria, un luogo accogliente dove è particolarmente bello leccarsi i baffi perché le prelibatezze esposte sono così invitanti. Pasticcera d'eccezione, propone ogni giorno dolci uno più delizioso dell'altro: cupcake, financiers, muffin, layer cake, brownies, Rice Kripies, granola fatta in casa, palline di cocco... La sua fantasia non ha limiti e ci piace.
Josie Factory è un luogo caldo e accogliente. Se venite qui soprattutto per i suoi dolci, serve anche snack salati piuttosto sani e 100% fatti in casa. Tra il ristorante e lo snack bar, si tratta di un bellissimo spazio abitativo che non manca di personalità.
