Johanne dit Josie, goddess of sweets and pastries, opened her coffee shop in the summer of 2016, a cosy place where it's particularly good to lick your lips, as the delicacies in the shop windows are so tempting. An outstanding pastry chef, she offers every day cakes, each one more gourmet than the next: cupcakes, financiers, muffins, layer cake, brownie, Rice Kripies, homemade granola, coconut balls... her imagination is boundless and it's not to displease us.
Josie Factory is a warm and friendly place. If we come here first and foremost for its sweet treats, we also serve salty snacks rather healthy and 100% homemade. Between the restaurant and the snack bar it is a beautiful living space that does not lack personality.
