El Hospital Queen Alexandra en Cosham, Portsmouth, es uno de los hospitales del NHS que atiende a la ciudad de Portsmouth y a la zona circundante. Hay varias pequeñas estaciones de tratamiento que se han abierto para aliviar la carga en el Hospital QA. Es de propiedad pública y está administrado por el Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust y tiene una Unidad Hospitalaria del Ministerio de Defensa adjunta.
Originalmente un hospital militar, el Queen Alexandra fue construido entre 1904 y 1908 para reemplazar un hospital anterior que se encontraba en Lion Street en Portsea, Portsmouth. Los edificios originales eran de ladrillo rojo, y el sitio estaba en un área en gran parte rural, conectada a Portsmouth y a los pueblos circundantes por un servicio de tranvías.
