El pueblo se encuentra a lo largo de la carretera que conecta S. Anatolia con Piedipaterno, a una altitud de 334 m sobre el nivel del mar. Está a aproximadamente 15 km de Spoleto y unos 30 km de Norcia.
Desde 1926 hasta 1968, Castel San Felice fue servido por la línea de tren Spoleto-Norcia, un ferrocarril de vía estrecha que unía Spoleto con Norcia, que estuvo en funcionamiento desde el 1 de noviembre de 1926 hasta el 31 de julio de 1968, cuando se detuvo. Las vías de la línea de tren se han conservado casi en su totalidad, el trazado ha sido transformado en un camino para bicicletas.
