El primer edificio sagrado encontrado al sur del recinto de Malophoros es un templo, comúnmente llamado Edificio Triolo , por el nombre de la familia propietaria de una propiedad existente en la zona.
El templo está precedido por un gran altar. El edificio parece un templo arcaico de notables proporciones. Gracias a una rigurosa restauración, se reconstruyeron los lados norte y sur del edificio.
Sabemos con certeza que después de la destrucción de la ciudad (409 aC) el edificio fue reutilizado por los cartagineses, quienes añadieron en la fachada oriental un pórtico con pilares coronados por capiteles egipcios.
