Kerk-Avezaath está ricamente dotada de monumentos (nacionales y municipales). Pasará por nueve de ellos durante el paseo por la Dorpsstraat. Si viene de la dirección de Buren, empezará en la característica encrucijada Dorpsstraat/Woerd/Noordereinde. Aquí aún se encuentra un hermoso antiguo hito. La hermosa granja señorial Steenakker (Noordereind 3) está escondida a la izquierda de la encrucijada. La majestuosa mansión Huize Teisterbant (Dorpsstraat 29) data de aproximadamente 1800. La villa en el número 27 proviene de alrededor de 1925. Dorpsstraat 6 es un edificio en forma de bloque revestido de yeso de aproximadamente 1860.
