Kerk-Avezaath è riccamente dotata di monumenti (statali e comunali). Ne incontrerete nove durante la passeggiata lungo la Dorpsstraat. Se arrivate da Buren, inizia già all caratteristico incrocio Dorpsstraat/Woerd/Noordereinde. Qui si trova ancora un bel vecchio cartello indicatore. Il bellissimo fattoria signorile Steenakker (Noordereind 3) si trova nascosto a sinistra dell'incrocio. La maestosa villa Huize Teisterbant (Dorpsstraat 29) risale al circa 1800. La villa al numero 27 è del circa 1925. Dorpsstraat 6 è un edificio a forma di blocco intonacato risalente al circa 1860. Vale la pena anche dare un'occhiata ai numeri civici: 2 (scuola), 7 (fattoria) e le ville 19, 21 e 25.
