Le Petit Hôtel de Ville est un bâtiment historique situé au centre de la ville belge d'Ypres. Il se trouve du côté nord de la Grand-Place, contre l'hôtel de ville d'Ypres. Le bâtiment sert aujourd'hui de bistro. On l'appelle aussi In 't Klein Stadhuis ou la Conciergerie.
Le bâtiment d'origine date de 1342 et était autrefois la résidence du concierge de l'hôtel de ville d'Ypres et hébergeait également la salle des assemblées pour les échevins. Au début des années 1620, le Nieuwerck, une annexe orientale de la Halle aux Draps d'Ypres, a été construit à côté de ce bâtiment. En 1623, l'ancienne conciergerie a été démolie et un nouveau bâtiment a été érigé comme prolongement du Niewerck.
