Das Kleine Rathaus ist ein historisches Gebäude im Zentrum der belgischen Stadt Ypern. Es befindet sich an der Nordseite des Grote Markt gegenüber dem Rathaus von Ypern. Das Gebäude dient heute als Bistro. Es wird auch In 't Klein Stadhuis oder die Conciergerie genannt.
Das ursprüngliche Gebäude stammt aus dem Jahr 1342 und war früher die Wohnung des Concierge des Yperner Rathauses und beherbergte auch die Gaststube für die Schöffen. Zu Beginn der 1620er Jahre wurde neben diesem Gebäude das Nieuwerck errichtet, ein östlicher Anbau der Lakenhalle von Ypern. 1623 wurde die alte Conciergerie abgerissen und ein neues Gebäude wurde als Erweiterung des Niewerck errichtet.
