Il Klein Stadhuis è un edificio storico situato nel centro della città belga di Ypres. Si trova sul lato nord della Grote Markt, accanto al municipio di Ypres. Oggi l'edificio funge da bistro. È anche conosciuto come In 't Klein Stadhuis o la Conciérgerie.
L'edificio originale risale al 1342 ed era un tempo la residenza del portinaio del municipio di Ypres e ospitava anche la sala di ricevimento per i sindaci. All'inizio degli anni 1620, accanto a questo edificio, venne costruito il Nieuwerck, un'estensione orientale del Lakenhalle di Ypres. Nel 1623 la vecchia conciérgerie fu demolita e venne costruito un nuovo edificio come estensione del Niewerck.
