El Pequeño Ayuntamiento es un edificio histórico en el centro de la ciudad belga de Ypres. Está situado en el lado norte de la Gran Plaza junto al ayuntamiento de Ypres. Actualmente, el edificio funciona como bistró. También se le conoce como En 't Klein Stadhuis o la Conserjería.
El edificio original data de 1342 y fue anteriormente la vivienda del conserje del ayuntamiento de Ypres y también albergaba la sala de reuniones para los concejales. A principios de la década de 1620 se construyó junto a este edificio el Nieuwerck, una ampliación oriental de la Lonja de Ypres. En 1623 se demolió la antigua conserjería y se levantó un nuevo edificio como extensión del Niewerck.
