La Wesergebirge (également appelée Weserkette[1]) est un massif montagneux atteignant jusqu'à 336 m au-dessus du NHN[2], situé dans le Weserbergland en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie et Basse-Saxe (Allemagne).
Le Wesergebirge, densément boisé, fait partie des contreforts nord des massifs montagneux allemands au sud du bassin allemand du Nord et est bordé à l'ouest par le parc naturel TERRA.vita et à l'est par le parc naturel Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln.
Le Wesergebirge est largement connu grâce à la Schaumburg, située sur le Nesselberg (environ 225 m), à 12 km à l'est de Rinteln, qui est à la fois le symbole et le nom de la région du Schaumburger Land.
