Wesergebirge (også kaldet Weserkette[1]) er et middelhøjt Mittelgebirge i Weserbergland i Nordrhein-Westfalen og Niedersachsen (Tyskland) med en højde på op til 336 m over NHN[2].
Det tæt bevoksede Wesergebirge er en del af den nordlige forkant af de tyske middelbjerge på den sydlige kant af Norddeutsche Tiefland og grænser mod vest til Naturpark TERRA.vita og mod øst til Naturpark Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln.
Wesergebirge er vidt kendt for Schaumburg, som ligger på Nesselberg (ca. 225 m) 12 km øst for Rinteln og er både navngivende og et vartegn for Schaumburger Land.
