HetWesergebirge (ookWeserkette[1] genoemd) is een tot 336 m boven NHN[2] hoog middelgebergte van het Weserbergland in Noordrijn-Westfalen en Nedersaksen (Duitsland).
Het dichtbeboste Wesergebirge behoort tot de noordoostelijke uitlopers van de Duitse middelgebergten aan de zuidrand van het Noord-Duitse Laagland en wordt in het westen begrensd door het Natuurpark TERRA.vita en in het oosten door het Natuurpark Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln.
Het Wesergebirge is wijd bekend door de Schaumburg, die op de 12 km ten oosten van Rinteln gelegen Nesselberg (ca. 225 m) staat en naamgever en herkenningspunt is van het Schaumburger Land.
