Il Wesergebirge (noto anche come Weserkette[1]) è un mediogreggio alto fino a 336 m sopra il NHN[2] situato nella regione del Weserbergland in Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia e Bassa Sassonia (Germania).
Il densamente boscoso Wesergebirge fa parte dei contrafforti settentrionali dei mediogreggi tedeschi al margine meridionale del Basso Tedesco ed è delimitato a ovest dal Parco Naturale TERRA.vita e a est dal Parco Naturale Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln.
Il Wesergebirge è ampiamente conosciuto grazie alla Schaumburg, che si trova sulla collina di Nesselberg (circa 225 m) situata 12 km a est di Rinteln ed è sia il nome che il simbolo della regione Schaumburger Land.
