Cuisine à base de produits du terroir, en respectant les traditions, dans un cadre convivial, rappelant les plateaux de l'Aubrac. Nous travaillons en direct avec un producteur local de vaches race Aubrac et un producteur régional de veau.
Farçous, charcuterie régionale, aligot, tête de veau, chou farci, viande de race Aubrac, pascade et ses ris d'agneau... Assiettes copieuses et généreuses et desserts maison.
