Sandrine et Philippe vous accueillent dans leur Boucherie-Charcuterie, depuis plus de 20 ans dans le petit village de Carcans Ville.
La boucherie Rivera est ouverte toute l’année avec des horaires qui varient selon la saison. Elle vous propose de la viande de 1er choix.
Les beaux jours arrivent la rôtisserie est sortie et tourne toute la matinée avec de bons poulets fermiers, que vous pourrez déguster le midi en famille, ou tout simplement l’emporter pour un bon pique-nique. Tous les dimanches matin en juillet / août Philippe sort le trépied et la grande poêle à paella avec une préparation en direct ; un vrai régal !
Vous pourrez retrouver le camion de la Boucherie Rivera sur le marché du Mercredi matin à Maubuisson de la mi-juin à la mi-septembre.
