Le lavoir du bourg et la fontaine St Jean à l'entrée du village ont gardés leur état d'origine. Son puits est en granit taillé. Il y a une croix rappelant le côté sacré du lieu. La Fontaine St Jean est réputée ne jamais geler et ne jamais tarir. A côté de la fontaine, l’abreuvoir et le lavoir prennent place pour constituer un ensemble hydraulique, à l’agencement précis. La fontaine se situe toujours en amont ou séparée des autres aménagements afin de préserver sa pureté. Repère essentiel dans l’espace villageois, l’ensemble hydraulique symbolise l’accès égalitaire à l’un des biens les plus précieux : l’eau.
