Grazia Maria Cosima Damiana Deledda, également connue en langue sarda sous le nom de Gràssia ou Gràtzia Deledda, était une écrivaine italienne qui a reçu le Prix Nobel de Littérature en 1926 "pour ses écrits inspirés idéalement qui, avec une clarté plastique, dépeignent la vie sur son île natale [c'est-à-dire la Sardaigne] et traitent avec profondeur et sympathie des problèmes humains en général". Elle a été la première femme italienne à recevoir ce prix, et seulement la deuxième femme en général après Selma Lagerlöf, qui a reçu le sien en 1909.
