Le nœud Hooipolder est un nœud de trafic de type Haarlemmermeeraansluiting pour la connexion des autoroutes A27 et A59, entre Oosterhout et Raamsdonksveer, dans la commune néerlandaise de Geertruidenberg.
Le nœud diffère de la plupart des autres nœuds néerlandais. Seule la voie principale de l'A27 est sans croisements. En fait, ce n'est pas un nœud, mais une simple sortie, où l'A59 est brièvement interrompue. Lors de la construction, un espace a été réservé pour une future extension en forme de trèfle.
