Le domaine de Nijlant (28). La première mention remonte à l'année 1379. À cette époque, Aernd van de Rodenberghe reçoit un prêt de l'évêque d'Utrecht, dans lequel une parcelle de terre appelée "Ten Nijelande" lui est prêtée. La ferme changeait régulièrement de propriétaire, mais en 1748, le paysan y vivant a acheté sa propriété au fondateur de la marque G.J. Nietert.
