Nijlant-gården (28). Den første omtale går tilbage til året 1379. Derefter får Aernd van de Rodenberghe et lån fra biskop af Utrecht, hvor han får udlejet et stykke land kaldet "Ten Nijelande". Gården skiftede regelmæssigt ejer, men i 1748 købte den derboende landmand sin ejendom fra markeringsgrundlæggeren G.J. Nietert.
