La finca Nijlant (28). La primera mención data del año 1379. Luego, Aernd van de Rodenberghe recibe un préstamo del obispo de Utrecht, en el que se le presta un terreno llamado "Ten Nijelande". La granja cambió de propietario regularmente, pero en 1748, el agricultor que vivía allí compró su propiedad al fundador de la marca G.J. Nietert.
