Het erve Nijlant (28). De eerste vermelding is reeds in het jaar 1379. Dan vindt een belening plaats door de Bisschop van Utrecht aan Aernd van de Rodenberghe, waarin deze met een stuk land wordt beleend dat ‘Ten Nijelande’ wordt genoemd. Het erf wisselt regelmatig van eigenaar, maar in 1748 koopt de boer die er woont zijn erf van de markerichter G.J. Nietert.
