Das Landgut Nijlant (28). Die erste Erwähnung geht auf das Jahr 1379 zurück. Dann wird Aernd van de Rodenberghe vom Bischof von Utrecht ein Darlehen gewährt, in dem ihm ein Stück Land namens "Ten Nijelande" geliehen wird. Der Hof wechselte regelmäßig den Besitzer, aber 1748 kaufte der dort lebende Bauer sein Anwesen vom Markierungsgründer G.J. Nietert.
