La tenuta Nijlant (28). La prima menzione risale all'anno 1379. Allora Aernd van de Rodenberghe ricevette un prestito dal vescovo di Utrecht, in cui gli veniva dato in affitto un pezzo di terra chiamato "Ten Nijelande". La fattoria cambiava regolarmente proprietario, ma nel 1748 il contadino che vi abitava acquistò la sua proprietà dal fondatore del marchio G.J. Nietert.
