La birreria è stata fondata nel 1998 dal birraio Pierre Delcoigne con il nome di Brasserie des Géants. Nel 2007 è stata acquisita la Brasserie Ellezelloise, fondata nel 1993. Il nome è stato poi cambiato in Brasserie des Légendes. Le attività di produzione sono attualmente suddivise tra i due stabilimenti.
Birre (Brasserie des Géants):
- Gouyasse Tradition (noto anche come Goliath Blonde): bionda, 6% di alcol
- Gouyasse Triple (noto anche come Goliath Triple): tripla, 9% di alcol
- Saison Voisin: saison, color ambra, 5% di alcol
- Urchon: scura, 7,5% di alcol
- Ducassis: birra di frutta, 3% di alcol
