La birreria è stata fondata nell'aprile del 2008 dal birraio casalingo Luc Vermeersch, insieme a Etienne Van Poucke e Paul Vanneste. I tre fondatori avevano inizialmente seguito un corso di birrificazione presso la birreria Alvinne. Nel febbraio del 2011 la capacità della birreria è stata ampliata con pentole di cottura più grandi. La birreria dispone di una caldaia di cottura da 62,5 hl, un tino di mash-filter con una capacità di 80 hl, un serbatoio di fermentazione refrigerato con un volume di 50 hl e un serbatoio di maturazione di 60 hl. La prima birra che hanno lanciato sul mercato è stata Femme Fatale.
