La cervecería fue fundada en abril de 2008 por el cervecero aficionado Luc Vermeersch, junto con Etienne Van Poucke y Paul Vanneste. Los tres fundadores primero siguieron un curso de elaboración de cerveza en la cervecería Alvinne. En febrero de 2011, se amplió la capacidad de la cervecería con calderas de cocción más grandes. La cervecería cuenta con una caldera de cocción de 62,5 hl, un recipiente para maceración y filtrado con una capacidad de 80 hl, un tanque de fermentación enfriado con un volumen de 50 hl y un tanque de maduración de 60 hl. La primera cerveza que sacaron al mercado fue Femme Fatale.
