I Formaggi di Thoricourt producono formaggi unici fatti in casa secondo la tradizione della nonna. La loro ricetta di famiglia è ormai famosa in tutto il mondo: nel 1975, sono addirittura diventati campioni del mondo con i loro formaggi. Oggi, hanno una famiglia Elevens che perpetua anche la tradizione nei Paesi Bassi e in Canada.
Dal 1992, possiedono la loro fattoria a Thoricourt. Il formaggio è prodotto esclusivamente con latte delle nostre mucche.
