Il castello di Adolfsburg, scritto anche come Adolphsburg, è un castello d'acqua nella Hundemtal all'ingresso del paese di Oberhundem, una frazione del comune di Kirchhundem nel distretto di Olpe nel Nord Reno-Westfalia.
Il castello di Adolfsburg prende il suo nome dal fondatore Johann Adolf von Fürstenberg, che lo fece costruire negli anni '70 del '600 probabilmente secondo i progetti di Ambrosius von Oelde sui resti di un antico sito fortificato. Si tratta di un castello d'acqua barocco, concepito principalmente per il committente come luogo di riposo e residenza per la vecchiaia. Johann Adolf von Fürstenberg, un ramo della famiglia che dal XVI secolo possedeva terreni tra l'altro negli uffici di Bilstein e Waldenburg, apparteneva al clero. Era membro del capitolo della cattedrale di Münster nonché canonico e prevosto della Santa Croce a Hildesheim.
