La birreria Irle, ufficialmente società Irle Friedrich Sen. GmbH & Co. KG, è una birreria familiare nel quartiere Kaan-Marienborn di Siegen.
Il settore birrario del Siegerland ha una lunga tradizione nella produzione della birra. Già prima del 1618, solo i birrai formati da un maestro potevano produrre birra. Inoltre, piccole birrerie domestiche erano molto diffuse e beneficiavano della coltivazione del luppolo documentata nel catalogo di qualità di Siegen del 1691. Johannes Irle von Dahlbruch, di professione conciatore, fondò nel 1693 la birreria. Aveva una vasta tenuta agricola, parti di fabbrica, ristoranti e birreria e distilleria che avrebbe tramandato a suo nipote Johann Daniel Irle. Questi acquisì nel 1797 i diritti idrici del monte Galmerich, situato tra Marienborn e Bürbach, e fece costruire una conduttura d'acqua fino alla birreria e alla distilleria, che soddisfaceva il fabbisogno di acqua potabile di alta qualità per la produzione.
