Mellin era un'azienda agricola e una colonia nel comune di Friedrichswalde nel distretto di Barnim. Si trovava a circa 1,7 km a est-sud-est dell'attuale località di Parlow, sulla riva nord dell'ormai prosciugato lago di Mellin. L'azienda agricola di Mellin sorse nel 1722/23 dall'insediamento di Michel Kleinfeld vicino al Grande Wildzaun attraverso la Schorfheide. Nel 1768 fu fondata una colonia con 8 famiglie provenienti dalla Meclemburgo. Nel 1880 il luogo fu demolito e il terreno fu unito a Parlow.
Mellin si trovava a circa 1,7 km a est-sud-est dell'attuale località di Parlow, sulla riva nord dell'ormai prosciugato lago di Mellin lungo il percorso di collegamento tra Parlow e Glambeck. La "colonia" si trovava a ovest dell'azienda agricola.
